Remote work has seen a meteoric rise in recent years. This increase has significantly contributed to reducing commuting, thereby cutting down on the number of miles traveled on our roads and having a positive impact on mobility. But the benefits of remote work don’t stop there! In fact, it makes employees’ days much easier by offering them valuable flexibility.
Aware of these many benefits, we adopted remote work long ago, with three days working remotely and two days at our office. This approach aims to strike a balance between professional expectations and personal aspirations, demonstrating our commitment to and trust in our employees.
