We therefore encourage our teams to be transparent to ensure that their work runs as smoothly as possible.

3. Structured monitoring process

Our process begins with a preliminary phase during which we engage in an indepth discussion about our consultantsaspirations and skills. Following this discussion, we connect our consultants with our clients. A meeting is then arranged between them and the business manager in charge of the project to clarify everyone’s expectations and objectives.

At the end of the first week of the assignment, a check-in is conducted to ensure everything is going smoothly. Throughout the first month, weekly follow-ups are conducted by the designated business manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any concerns. At the end of the month, a meeting is held with the client-side manager and the B2C Consulting consultant for a thorough evaluation.

We then continue with quarterly evaluations to adjust and optimize our consultants’ assignments, thereby fostering their professional development. This approach allows us to ensure that every project runs smoothly and productively, while supporting the growth and well-being of our team members.

4. Availability

Our consultants can contact their business manager at any time, whether to ask questions or raise concerns. We are here to support them every step of the way, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance and guidance when they need it.
