What is the DISC profile?

These colors therefore represent a set of behavioral traits that influence how people interact in their professional and personal environments.
The four DISC personality types:
Dominance (D)

Influence (I)
People with a high level of Influence are optimistic and very sociable. They excel in situations that require persuading or motivating others and are often seen as charismatic and enthusiastic.
Stability (S)
People with a profile characterized by Stability are generally reliable, methodical, and calm. They value consistency and are very good at strengthening relationships and creating a harmonious environment.
Conformity (C)
People with a Conformity style are precise, analytical, and detail–oriented. They value order and structure and rely on careful planning and organization to avoid surprises.
